• Led a 4-person team in implementing a Resume parsing and Ranking solution to simplify the tedious hiring process of candidates by parsing a huge number of resumes in a batch.• Parsed various file formats such as pdf, txt, doc, png, jpeg, jpg, and docx to extract resume data for ranking candidates on the basis of job description and required skills.• Attained 95% accuracy in identifying and disambiguating key terms in resumes and sorted the candidates based on their match percentage and showed the best-fit candidate for the role as well as provided the top 5 candidates.
