Client Success Manager - Iqueue For Operating Rooms
CurrentAs a Client Success Manager, I team up with our Implementation crew to make sure our clients have a smooth transition to iQueue for Operating Rooms. I’m all about making sure end-users feel confident with the new workflows and keeping an eye on how our customers are doing post-launch. ⇨ Post-Launch Care: After the initial launch, I take the reins on client relationships, working alongside the Implementation Lead to ensure everything’s running smoothly. ⇨ Onboarding & Training: I handle onboarding, providing hands-on training and support so end-users can make the most out of the iQueue modules. ⇨ Seamless Integration: I work closely with Clinic and OR teams to bring electronic scheduling to life and make sure it fits seamlessly into their operations. ⇨ Measuring Success: I keep track of how well the end-users are adopting the new tools, with a special focus on improving surgery scheduling. ⇨ Ongoing Support: I’m always looking out for my clients, equipping them with new resources, product updates, and insights to help them grow and get the most value out of our solutions. ⇨ Collaboration: I partner with my Product Implementation counterpart to make sure we’re delivering the best results across all iQueue modules, helping clients get the most bang for their buck.
