ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• 3rd Party Vendor Management & Contract Negotiations, Project Management, Documentation, IT Support / Technical Analysis of existing systems: Ring Central Office@Hand VoIP, SalesForce Enterprise CRM, SAGE100/ MAS90, SAGE Payment Gateway, MS Office365, managed print services vendor, etc.• Implemented, trained and managed a new Help Desk ticketing system, enabling analysis of IT support for Sales, Operations & WMS operations.• Implemented new company policy: modified CRM and created new SalesForce workflow to track client opt-outs: phone, e-mail, fax and direct mail.• Tracked down the solution to an ongoing and highly troubling issue in their ERP – a problem that had existed for months before my hire.• Reviewed RFP’s for VoIP solutions to replace their existing system. Identified a quality of service issue with their ISP (through consistent escalation and tenacity) that must be resolved before switching phone systems. This saved the company unnecessary capital expenditures.• Updated company’s ecommerce website with vendor promotional ads.• Worked with Marketing department to gain access to company’s Google Analytics account and data. I had to take a medical leave from work to recover from a severe mold-related infection that disabled my husband and I in late 2012/early 2013. I finally recovered enough to resume work in March 2016 as a consulting IT/Technical Project Manager. Then, in October 2016, I secured a full-time permanent position as a Software Development Project Manager at PennyMac.Surviving the illness was the most frightening, disabling, and humbling experience of my life. Financial pressure forced me to return to work before I was fully healed and the first 2.5 years were difficult. I was physically, mentally, and emotionally weakened, and needed to rebuild myself. The infection had impaired my cognitive skills somewhat, and I suffered from crippling anxiety and depression. Despite a couple of embarrassing stumbles during those initial years, my leadership was supportive and allowed me the bandwidth to heal and evolve. By 2018 I regained some confidence in my skills and abilities, a feeling validated by promotion to Senior Project Manager later that year. I’ve since managed a range of large, complex software development projects, collaborating with highly skilled and dynamic professionals with technical expertise and/or business knowledge, engaged as project team members, stakeholders, and/or other 3rd parties, including vendors, investors and governmental entities. With each project I gain valuable experience and am privileged to work with very smart and talented people, which I deeply appreciate.On the personal front, my husband and I celebrated our marriage in October 2021 with an awesome 12-day honeymoon in Hawaii! It was an amazing experience that we never imagined possible, especially after the previous 8 years we’d lived. Our love for each other, the support of key people, and our grit and determination has propelled us this far. We’re extremely grateful for our blessings and frequently celebrate with close friends, family, and our beloved cats. Life is Good.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Managed, coordinated, scheduled and delivered IT services and projects for USC’s Enrollment Services division, many of which affected university-wide operations. Supervised full-time permanent staff and project resources (3rd party included) to ensure completion of deliverables. Managed contracts and relationships with vendors in support of operations.• Built and trained project teams. Communicated plans and status. Managed and supported the delivery of project documentation, and supported user training needs and requirements, university-wide.• Implemented an online application system for Graduate Admissions within 90 days of hire and another instance of the same system for the USC Marshall School of Business within 45 days after the first launch. Worked with Graduate Admissions and Enrollment Services to train staff and faculty on the new application system. Conducted several onsite and remote training sessions to facilitate a successful transition to the new graduate application system.• Dramatically improved relationships (and productivity) between stakeholders, application development teams, and 3rd party vendors.• Heavily Influenced USC IT CIO (centralized) and other division IT and business leaders to implement JIRA, a project, development and task tracking system. JIRA increased development transparency, accountability and improved communication and collaboration between disparate IT silos at USC, including my division, Enrollment Services. • Implemented a new online financial planning tool for applicants, for the Financial Aid office. 3rd party system and 3rd party vendor management.• Implemented Talisma Higher Ed CRM system. Modules successfully launched include email/customer service tracking, an applicant portal, and analytic tools.• Application enhancements to Enrollment Services’ proprietary document imaging system to improve customer service, data entry, tracking and academic review.
