With over two years of experience in project management, I am passionate about creating and implementing corporate initiatives that enhance the performance, culture, and efficiency of Eagle Signs and Designs, a leading provider of signage and graphic solutions. My mission is to consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the CEO, Art Director, and Production Director, and manage teams with a balance of compassion and accountability. As a Director of Corporate Initiatives, I leverage my field of expertise in game design to bring creativity, innovation, and fun to the workplace, while also ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.In my current role, I have created and overseen a framework for driving large-scale changes in the company's culture and structure, such as creating job descriptions, SOPs, internal submission, and documentation tools. I have also guided, overseen, and actioned on all company initiatives and projects, ranging from employee engagement, customer satisfaction, branding, and marketing, to quality control, compliance, and safety. To achieve these goals, I have utilized various skills, such as Salesforce, project delivery, and project management software, as well as my proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Japanese. Through my work, I have contributed to the company's growth, reputation, and impact in the industry.
