Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President, I am responsible fostering a data-informed, research-centered culture within the Employee Experience Team (EET) of the Central Human Resources (CHR) office. As a core member of the AVP’s leadership team, I assist in designing a strategic plan to bolster EET's ability to utilize data effectively, extract valuable insights, and assist in driving essential initiatives.
