KC Long is a Professional Certified Coach and Consultant and founder of Fulfilled Coaching & Consulting, as well as a faculty member of Georgetown’s Transformational Leadership Coaching Program. She has over 16 years experience working with a variety of individuals and organizations and is known for her deep listening, joyful spirit and innovative approach to helping individuals, teams and organizations thrive.KC has worked with individual leaders at Northwestern Mutual, Ulta Beauty, Capital One and many other organizations to define and live out their personal leadership style, resulting in higher levels of confidence, broader influence and outsized business results.
