Created lesson plans using UDL to reach a diverse group of students in a title 1 K-8 school. Regularly ensured all levels of Moslow’s Hierarchy of Needs for all students are being met. On a daily basis, I collect data of the various learning domains and implemented intervention strategies to get the class up to grade level. Held regular SSTs and IEP meetings for students who require academic, occupational, and emotional supports. Further, my classroom strives to be culturally inclusive (even if the culture is not represented in class) to promote open mindedness and expose the students to new ideas and experiences beyond their personal world. To help strengthen parent to teacher contact, I have also designed a webpage for my classroom using Adobe Dreamweaver and used Adobe Illustrator to create new documents to reach guardians who do not have to same literacy as others.

Here I work with kids aged 4-16 making sure they are happy, safe, and healthy. In addition, I kept in constant contact with various people of interest such as parents, vendors, and other 3rd parties on a professional level. Management of phone calls, emails, first aid, staff, payroll, and formulating innovative and efficient ways for the camp to function are all skills used on a daily basis. Further, I was the head personnel on campus acting as the lead resource for HQ, other camp sites, school relations, and medical needs.

Working as a TA for an introductory computer science course I assess student work and grade the student's lab work and homework. Further, I hold office hours once a week for two hours where students are able to come in and ask me for assistance. In addition, every Thursday I manage the lab session and help students when they find themselves stuck.

University Of The Pacific

I am in charge of taking minutes during exec and full chapter meetings and ensuring all members of the chapter are properly updated and informed. I also frequently check the honor society's emails and serve as the communicator from the members to the exec board and advisors. In addition, I also was in charge of finances and communicating our status to the university and nationals.

El Dorado Elementary School

I hold one on one sessions with three different 1st grade classes three hours a day where we work on phonics skills and sight words. New activities are brought in weekly along with assessments in order to help advance students properly. This program was cancelled after it’s one year trial due to funding.
