TotScoop (www.totscoop.com) was a side project that turned into a full-time gig for a couple years. The spark of inspiration was being totally overwhelmed by baby stuff as a new parent. I bootstrapped and led a small team to design, build, and launch a consumer social product recommendation product (for mobile & desktop web platforms). Let's Go is a Harvard student-run organization that produces a series of travel guidebooks. At the time it consisted of 30+ guidebooks and generated annual revenue of ~$3M. I co-led a 300-person organization and bore ultimate responsibility for delivering high-quality product on time.
