After over 30 years in the Aerospace, Defense, and the Internet E-commerce Industry, I can tell you that my life is never dull. My wife, Barb, and I founded the first two companies, Dakota Air Parts Intl, Inc. and PartsLogistics.com, in the early ‘90s and have been partners in action ever since. We built the businesses from the ground up and have grown exponentially since our start with the help of our fantastic staff members located domestically and abroad. With our headquarters based in Fargo, we brave the cold winters and have found a wonderful place to raise our children. Let's not forget, that Barbara and I still enjoy walks in the rain with one another 🤓.Our first company, Dakota Air Parts, is an multifaceted logistics and defense company with over 18 years of expertise in purchasing, logistics, and resale of military and commercial aircraft to include spares and components support.Dakota Air Parts got its start trading in aviation and electronics from DRMS (U.S. Gov’t. Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service) auctions and, seeing an opportunity, expanded this business by collecting DRMS sales history data. With this information we then wrote and programmed the first industry web solution that allow DRMS bidder history to be easily queried and then commercialized the data offering a web based service via our second company enterprise, PartsLogistics.com. PartsLogistics.com facilitates e-commerce solutions to tens of thousands of buyers and sellers in the Aerospace, Defense, Electronics industries which entail commercial, government, and military entities worldwide. There is always more to learn and I am continuously looking for ways to improve and expand our business endeavors.
