My main goal as a professor, is to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences between the students, society, and myself in order to be innovative within education and continuously grow as an educator adhoc for the younger generations.I truly believe that recognizing the abilities and capacities of each student, how they act and react while taking theory into practice within their environment, empowers them, builds their self-confidence and their commitment to society, and makes me a better professor growing and improving every semester.
