I am currently the owner and operator of the start up teletherapy practice Out of the Woods Counseling. I provide individual counseling to individuals ages 12 - older adulthood using CBT, DBT, and REBT techniques. Counseling is purely through a HIPAA compliant tele-therapy program and is currently providing mental health services to Wyoming and Colorado.

I worked as a hands on staff member for 8 clients with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. I provided intimate care, assisted with ADL skills, and administered medication under the strict supervision of the residential Registered Nurse. I also provided crisis counseling, and created teachable moments to learn coping skills as well as skills required to increase their independence.

o The focus of the Commitment to Life Project is to bring more awareness to the presence of suicide in the field of psychology and mental health.o The aim is to create an inventory for clinicians to use with those at risk of suicide to better provide services to the client.o Developed by Ennio Ammendola, a Ph.D student at Fordham University and clinical extern at the Albert Ellis Institute, Manhattan, NY.o Research is currently in the beginning stages of data collection and reliability/ validity testing

I assisted in a graduate students research on the lapse of time verse boredom. I was involved in the programming of skinner boxes as well as the upkeep of the pigeons used for the experiment. I was responsible for tracking data and creating charts to track progress.
