CANADIAN ACCOUNTS• Posts and record financial transactions using QuickBooks and Sage• Prepares and perform quality review of working papers, Financial Statements, Management Discussion and Analysis and other ad-hoc reports for SEDAR subject to final review.• Handles bookkeeping for various clients in various industries.• Prepares expense summaries from credit card, bank statements and receipts for different individual and company.AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNTS• Reconciles, allocates, and posts financial transactions in Xero.• Uploads and reconciles bank transactions in Xero.• Drafts financial statements for review.• Processes payments received through National Australia Bank for clients’ customers

Region Vii - Central Visayas, Philippines

• Prepares monthly Financial Statements, salesbook, cancellation book and upgrading/downgrading of accounts.• Keeps record of daily financial transactions, prepares and audits daily cheque payments and entries in cash voucher and journal voucher, and audits commissions/PCV for thru CRM.• Makes assessment/audit of the technical/marketing transactions to ensure that it is in accordance with the budget allocated.• Prepares Cash Position Report and bank reconciliations as well as handling bank transactions.• Ensures timely and accurate month-end closing of accounts.• Performs cashier function, general office duties and administrative tasks.
