• CANADIAN ACCOUNTS
• Posts and record financial transactions using QuickBooks and Sage
• Prepares and perform quality review of working papers, Financial Statements, Management Discussion and Analysis and other ad-hoc reports for SEDAR subject to final review.
• Handles bookkeeping for various clients in various industries.
• Prepares expense summaries from credit card, bank statements and receipts for different individual and company.AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNTS
• Reconciles, allocates, and posts financial transactions in Xero.

Region VII - Central Visayas, Philippines

• Prepares monthly Financial Statements, salesbook, cancellation book and upgrading/downgrading of accounts.
• Keeps record of daily financial transactions, prepares and audits daily cheque payments and entries in cash voucher and journal voucher, and audits commissions/PCV for thru CRM.
• Makes assessment/audit of the technical/marketing transactions to ensure that it is in accordance with the budget allocated.
• Prepares Cash Position Report and bank reconciliations as well as handling bank transactions.
• Ensures timely and accurate month-end closing of accounts.
• Performs cashier function, general office duties and administrative tasks.
