Identified approximately $7M in cost savings compared to vendor pricing ask via should-cost market analysis. Led end to end project planning and execution including the on-boarding and management of team members.

Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Project - Large Search Engine ProviderUsed Lean Six-Sigma methods to identify wait and rework time in existing data center ML hardware deployment process. Led 15 globally diverse participants in ideating 4 workshop solutions targeted to reduce deployment process time by 31% . Created $10.1M in program benefit by implementing workshop quick wins targeted at reducing inter-team hand-offs.Data Center Delivery & Operations Project – Large Search Engine ProviderManaged 3 resources responsible for overseeing the global deployment of client’s latest data center machine learning (ML) hardware. Delivered $4.5M in program benefit by mitigating delivery risks with facilities, network, logistics, and supply chain teams. Documented a single deployment process to drive standardization across global sites and enable systematization of processes. Designed a Tableau dashboard to automate data collection, improving reporting quality and decreasing PM overhead by 88%. Released weekly status report to the senior program manager to highlight deployment progress, risks, and mitigation actions.Machine Learning Scaled Operations Project – Large Search Engine ProviderMapped baseline processes across 13 supply chain departments to drive requirements for client’s latest data center ML hardware. Pre-Merger Change Management Project – Large U.S Utility Owned the direction and execution of over 150 change management deliverables for a $1.8 billion acquisition. Managed a team of two resources to develop training materials and deploy 38 training sessions for the organization. Created a communications plan and change readiness plan with Finance executives to ensure readiness for Day 1 operations.

Financial Planning & Analysis Optimization Project – Large U.S UtilityCreated business process designs and coded 67 technical components for a solution supporting $20 billion in annual spend. Standardized Finance budgeting processes by consolidating 3 disparate budgeting models into a single driver-based approach. Managed 5 resources in the User Acceptance Test phase, leading test script execution and ensuring bugs were closed on time.

As an assurance intern at PwC, I worked on a team of six to complete a quarterly review for a semiconductor client. I was tasked with the documentation and flux analysis for cash, A/R, and PP&E. In order to document the large fluctuations noted in the different accounts, I had to personally inquire of the client in order to determine the true cause of the fluctuations. I also supported a senior associate on the team in tying out the 10-Q and quarterly press release.

Created a small company that delivered custom longboard skateboards to customers across the U.S. I managed the construction of two to three clients' longboards at any given time. In order to exceed expectations, I communicated with clients over email to confirm the expectations for each order. Communicated with a distributor to establish a source for needed components. I tracked the revenues and expenses for the firm in an Excel spreadsheet and was responsible for filing the company's quarterly state sales tax and annual form 1065.

I helped the executive producers manage the progress of three different engineering teams. Spoke with the lead on each engineering function in order to create a process flow diagram to be used for HR purposes. Attended progress meetings where I learned about the stages of development when using agile software development.
