Worked on large scale and highly visible projects for the State of Indiana. Most recently, I assisted with the External Quality Review (EQR) for the State of Indiana's Managed Care Entities (MCEs) as an auditor. Prior to that, I supported the State of Indiana with their Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) modular certification and through their successful Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) certification with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This certification provided federal funds participation monies to the State for their MMIS. Was chosen for this position after working six months as a consultant on the CoreMMIS DDI project. Experience includes other projects for the State of Indiana’s Health Coverage Programs. I was the Lead Business Analyst (BA) on the implementation of Hoosier Care Connect. This program serves over 90,000 individuals from the aged, blind, and disabled population. Developed strategic solutions through collaboration with multiple impacted stakeholders, internal/external customers, and business/technical teams to produce all deliverables, which included; Requirements, Requirement's Traceability Matrices, Design Approaches, Business Designs, Education and Manuals, Testing Strategies, System Integrated and Vendor Test Plans, and the coordination and execution of testing. Received approval on all deliverables, met all deadlines, and the project was implemented on the scheduled implementation date with kudos.Highly Motivated and Interested in Contributing to Future Successful Project Implementations.
