Kevin Custer is the Founding Principal at ARC Capital, an early-stage venture firm specializing in the education and disability markets. With over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and venture capital, he has advised 150+ companies worldwide. Custer has invested over $18 million in more than 50 early-stage deals, resulting in over 25 successful exits. Notably, 52% of these investments have a female leader or founder, 35% serve the special needs community, and 35% are international companies.Throughout his career, Custer has been the primary architect behind launching six startups, all of which became multi-million-dollar companies. Most of these achieved $20 million in revenue within their first three years. Under his leadership, two of these companies went public, and three were acquired. As a CEO, Custer has led two Canadian companies from revenues below $100,000 to eight-figure revenue streams in less than two years. One of these companies went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange, while the other was acquired by a U.S. private equity firm.
