Handling purchase and vendor management for all licenses renewals, technology assessment, maintenance contracts, audit exercises, vulnerability tests, and ensuring budget optimization in line with Top management directives. Key focus areas and performance indicators•Ensuring IT Department provides efficient and effective technical support across the Group•Setting and Leading the technology strategy in concertation with various stakeholders•Providing executive level interface between IT and various departments•Preparing and updating budget and following up on projects with appropriate planning regarding capacity, resources, and insightful forecast on projects’ outcome•Transformation of IT into a service oriented division•Aligning IT strategy to business needs with proper planning and growth forecast•Data growth planning for emerging technologies (remote, digital transformation, collaboration, private and internet banking, customer service, etc.)•Cost optimization by enhancing infrastructure and delivery channels and implementation of redundant data channeling with extreme attention to security and quality of service.•Formulation and implementation of IT policies for data management, backup, service maintenance, change management processes and all internal IT housekeeping procedures.•Enforcing periodic audit reviews, security assessment and remediation courses.•Keeping up with latest technology •Enhancing the department
