This resulted in significantly improved efficiency and transparency of the team. • Led the Wells Fargo/Wachovia merger integration effort for the team. This resulted in 0% errors in converting 40,000+ users' cost center and related information. • As part of the Wells Fargo/Wachovia merger, we revamped all of our internal accounting methodologies. This resulted in migrating to the new corporate standards while improving cost transparency to the end users.
