I built and lead teams which included both technical and non-technical members, in the design, development, and delivery of technical and “soft skill” learning materials and programs for the enterprise. Established a corporate e-learning philosophy enabling delivery of learning programs to be "just in time" company wide.

I lead the design, development and delivery of training materials ranging from MS Office applications and “soft skills” programs to highly complex materials for financial modeling and merchant leadership. I also designed, coded, and implemented the HR intranet used by Seattle corporate headquarters campus.
