Plans, organize, and supervises the daily operations of the branch. Responsible for branch compliance, wire transfers, auditing personal, business, and credit files, and monitoring branch controls. Responsible for maintaining the branch's cash flow and proactively focus on creating a solid member experience by understanding and efficiently solving member requests and delivering a full range of banking products and services.

Accurately capture and validate member’s personal and financial information, ensuring all documentation are complaisant. Prepare cases for need-based financings such as Personal Loans, Line of Credits, Debt Consolidation Loans, and effectively communicating with Credit Adjudicators to get the deals through. Plan business activities to meet weekly sales, service, and referral targets.

Serve members extraordinarily by providing products and services information. Expedite correction and adjustments by resolving process exceptions, out-of-balance situations, and other operational, financial incidents and following up to ensure resolution. Process cash/non-cash transactions and complete end-of-day balancing. Contribute to the team effort by surpassing sales targets. Work closely with the Managements to make sure the I feel the Member experience initiative of the Credit Union.

First point of contact for members entering an Alterna branch and responsible for coordinating the optimum member experience. Utilizes a solid knowledge of financial products and services to enable effective referrals to appropriate partners within the department. Identifies potential sales opportunities and transitions members smoothly to internal partners for seamless service delivery.
