• Serve as the chief marketing and communications officer for the McCormick School of Engineering (217 faculty, 400+ staff, 4300 students, $125M in research expenditures) with oversight over brand strategy and creative, enrollment marketing, executive communications, media relations, event management, and internal communications.• Serve as Chief of Staff to the Dean. Oversee strategic initiatives to implement the overall strategy of the school, including new program and degree development, planning activities, and integration between different units. Manage administrative team for the dean and associate dean, including data analytics and reporting.• Lead central marketing communications and administrative teams in addition to providing support for matrixed marketing communications and administrative roles throughout the school in addition to substantial outside creative resources and agency partners.
