Current-Responsible for the day to day operations of a 53 year old agency that provides support and services for youth and families with are struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders.-Responsible for strategic planning that allowed for the agency’s long-term growth and sustainability. -Chief grant writer, responsible for administration and management of federal, state and foundation grants.-Responsible for the development and oversight of an annual budget of over 1 million dollars.-Regularly serves as the spokesperson for the agency, and the active promotion of the work of Bacon Street.-Routinely advocates for important issues related to youth asset development with a wide variety of federal, state and local audiences, across the spectrum of age, demographics, socioeconomic status, and education. -Accountable for the cultivation of sustainable relationships with key community, state and federal stakeholders.-Supervisor of all senior level staff, including Clinical Director, Director of Development, Prevention Director, Director of Social Work, and Operations Director.-Accountable for reporting to and working with the Bacon Street Youth and Family Services Board of Directors to cultivate and maintain a pro-active approach to fundraising and development.
