-Responsible for the day to day operations of a 53 year old agency that provides support and services for youth and families with are struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders.-Responsible for strategic planning that allowed for the agency’s long-term growth and sustainability. -Chief grant writer, responsible for administration and management of federal, state and foundation grants.-Responsible for the development and oversight of an annual budget of over 1 million dollars.-Regularly serves as the spokesperson for the agency, and the active promotion of the work of Bacon Street.-Routinely advocates for important issues related to youth asset development with a wide variety of federal, state and local audiences, across the spectrum of age, demographics, socioeconomic status, and education. -Accountable for the cultivation of sustainable relationships with key community, state and federal stakeholders.-Supervisor of all senior level staff, including Clinical Director, Director of Development, Prevention Director, Director of Social Work, and Operations Director.-Accountable for reporting to and working with the Bacon Street Youth and Family Services Board of Directors to cultivate and maintain a pro-active approach to fundraising and development.

- Founding Peer Mentor for the Vermont Agency of Education Tobacco Prevention Peer Mentor Network.- Provides technical assistance to members of the Tobacco Prevention Network related to grant writing, reporting, and relationship development with school and community stakeholders. - Responsible for providing statewide training/technical assistance for tobacco prevention coordinators. - Grant writing and general organizational consulting for the Peninsula School for Autism in Newport News, VA.

- Responsible for the growth and development of fundraising opportunities for a private school for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum in the greater Hampton Roads, VA area. - Oversight of outreach opportunities, including grant writing, marketing and social media.- Professional support/consulting related to the strategic and organizational development of the school.- Supports development and implementation of budgetary metrics for the organization. - Supervision and oversight of development staff.

- Management and reporting of state contracts totaling over 2 million dollars.- Responsible for personnel and human resources for a quickly growing company serving individuals with mental and/or behavioral health disabilities.- Orchestration of the strategic and organizational development for the business.- Management of research efforts related to developmental and behavioral disabilities. - Responsible for social media and marketing/brand development. - Coordination of administrative tasks for employees and the people we serve.

-Responsible for the expansion of the Milton Community Youth Coalition into a freestanding nonprofit organization.-Management and direction of an active teen program, serving youth between 7th and 12th grade.-Coordination and implementation of evidence based prevention programs and activities.-Supervision of the Youth Activities Coordinator.-Member of the Leadership Team for the Milton Family Community Center.-Successfully obtained grants for the MFCC teen program and the Milton Community Youth Coalition.-Managed and reported on grants, including federal, local, state, and foundation monies.

-Responsible for the management of a residential complex housing approximately 650 students.-Supervision of a staff of 14 Resident Advisors (RA’s), a Graduate Residence Director and support staff.-Accountable for on call emergency response for approximately 2400 residential students.-Responsible for facilitation of educational and behavioral meetings with students.-Instrumental in the development, implementation and curricular delivery of the RA Selection Class.

- Accountable for the management of a student shipboard community, including student leadership and behavior.- Responsible for the facilitation of student growth through an onboard experience to eight different countries around the world.- Accountable for the promotion of awareness of diversity and intercultural issues in a practicum setting.

-Accountable for the supervision, recruitment, training and evaluation of a staff of six Resident Advisers.-Manager and director of a first year suite style residential hall housing 240 residents.-Responsible for the piloting, coordination, and assessment of the effectiveness of a new programming model for the Office of Residence Life with a focus on intentional programming and assessing student needs.-Responsible for the development and retention of supportive staff relationships and daily contact with the Office of Residence Life.
