I lead and drive various initiatives underway within IO's Project Delivery Division and at the enterprise level including:- Systems Implementation & Document Control: leading the development of the implementation strategy, deployment processes, UI design, and information architecture IO Capital Program's new electronic document management system. - Program Governance: facilitating the executive governance committee for IO's capital program, tracking project milestones to support timely governance approvals at the corporate level, identifying opportunities for governance enhancements, and providing guidance on governance processes and best practices to project management teams.- Market Engagement: developing and implementing strategies and digital tools to enhance and promote robust market engagement on IO's capital projects.

As a Project Delivery Operations Advisor, I led/was active on various initiatives underway within our division and at the enterprise level including: systems implementation and document control, program governance, and market engagement.

As part of the Corporate Secretary Office, I managed the Conflict of Interest process for the IO's Board of Directors and Executive; developed process documents for succession planning and retention of governance practices; drafted Board memos, resolutions, and communications; and provided operational support to run Board and Committee meetings.

As part of the Public Works team, I was active on the following projects: Orleans Health Hub: Acted as the Project Coordinator during the transaction phase of the project. I managed the RFI process, coordinated the commercially confidential meetings with the Proponents, and drafted and circulated meeting minutes and various correspondence and documentation associated with the project. MacDonald Block Reconstruction: I managed the logistics for the DPMs, CCMs, and stakeholder engagements during the RFP open period.I also provided executive support to the Senior Vice President.

As part of the Culture Division's Assistant Deputy Minister's Office, I coordinated and delegated public and corporate requests/inquiries, and provided issues management and communications supports for our division. I liaised with the Deputy Minister's Office on a regular basis to provide materials and information as requested by the DM and Minister's Office. I also provided executive support to the ADM by way of calendar management, financial coordination, and collation of materials.

As part of the School Board Governance Unit, I ran the student trustee portfolio with the goal of providing student trustees with the resources needed to effectively fulfill their positions; conducted media and environmental scans of various governance practices within the province and across Canada; and drafted various briefing and decision notes, and communications for DM and Ministerial purposes. I also supported bringing our online resources into AODA compliance on the Ministry of Education's public-facing site.
