Providing regular interface with members of internal customer teams to arrive at the most efficient and effective resolutions possible for all the escalated orders.Proactively review daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reporting and systems to identity positive or negative trends in order handling.Provide informal leadership support with emphasis upon adherence to processes and meeting SLA/KPI metrics to other members of the team.Taking a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions.Must be able to design circuits between their entire locations.Must be able to assign a EKKTS to system paying attention to the Low Speed and High Speed assignments. Design circuits with route diversity as required.Monitor capacity on facility NNI and RSU systems, update engineering and capacity planning as required.Proficient with LEC ASR’s for all circuit types.Ability to assign to switch ports on the Metaswitch and Routers.Possess the ability to groom circuits from one NNI system to another, or from EKKETS to EKKTS able to multi task due to the variety of orders received from various vendors.
