Anti corrosive & low friction PTFE Coatings: The products are durable, bonded coating containing a synergistic blend of finely divided Fluoropolymers & anti-corrosion pigments in a tough, thermosetting resin binder. The system, which was developed to meet the demands for improved lubrication and corrosion protection in aggressive sub-sea environments, provides a thin, low friction coating which is capable of continuous operation at temperature extremes. Zinc Aluminium Flake coatings-Replacement of Electroplating: These were made by combination of Zinc and Aluminium flakes, electrically conductive Binder system with integrated lubricants for adjusting co-efficient of friction. The coating is conductive which helps to protect cathodically and aluminium flake helps to reduce of white oxidation build-up. The Zinc Flake coatings are Non-Electrolytically applied (as per ISO10683/ASTM F1136) by mechanical application techniques with combination of Organic or Inorganic top coat sealers. Anti-seize / Anti-galling Coatings: Galling is a severe form of adhesive wear caused by the transfer of material between metallic sliding surfaces under load, especially if there is poor lubrication. Movement and plastic deformation lead to interaction between the two materials, sometimes transferring material from one sliding surface to another. Abrasive or corrosive media can increase the risk of galling by removing the passive oxide film and making the two metal surfaces more active. Thermo Diffusion coating-Replacement of HDG: as per ASTM1059 and DIN EN ISO 17668. Dry Zinc Aluminium thermally diffused coatings for metal parts to achieve highest hardness/Corrosion with higher temperatures.
