CxC Program Data & Teaching and Learning Technologies Management - Leads CxC efforts university-wide to research, and manage implementation of educational technologies across CxC Studios to support enhanced teaching and learning• Design and implementation of data systems and processes related to CxC programming, including attendance tracking, equipment checkout, and status tracking of students in multiple programs.• Manage effective technology implementations to increase departmental efficiency and its capacity for delivering faculty development and student learning programs across the disciplines/campus. CxC Business Operations Management - Manage daily business operations for CxC main office and participate in strategic, long-term planning for the unit. Duties include:• Supervising processing of HR documentation, including student employment management• Cost Center management, including processing of Accounts Payable, overseeing and analyzing multiple departmental accounts• Track departmental inventory, including life cycle replacement, research and acquisition of new equipmentIn addition, 50% of current role is to support Studio 151 Management as previously described in prior position.

• Responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of a communication studio/video editing lab, including managerial supervision of 20-25 student mentors and writing tutors• Oversees audio and video equipment and resources valued in excess of $100K available for checkout to students• Manages all technical aspects and computing resources of the Studio, including 30 Mac workstations and laptops, 3 Apple servers and 2 RAID NAS systems, with total capacity of 33 TB• Works with CxC staff to further the mission of the program, and focuses on enhancing learning experiences for students across disciplines and improving their written, spoken, visual presentation, and technological communication skills• Researches and implements new technologies for use by faculty and students
