I started in technical support and customer service, advanced to Customer Service Manager, and now focus on IT project coordination and quality assurance. I participate in IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high-quality standards.My recent completion of a software testing course at Skillo IT Academy, known for its expertise and innovative approach in IT, further strengthened my technical skills and helped me move confidently from Sales to Tech. However, the strongest role in my success has been my in-depth product knowledge and understanding of each employee's role within its lifecycle. This expertise allows me to effectively coordinate projects, anticipate potential problems, and implement solutions efficiently but clear communication among all stakeholders are critical to achieving our goals.
