I started in technical support and customer service, advanced to Customer Service Manager, and now focus on IT project coordination and quality assurance. I participate in IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high-quality standards.My recent completion of a software testing course at Skillo IT Academy, known for its expertise and innovative approach in IT, further strengthened my technical skills and helped me move confidently from Sales to Tech.
