Semantic Understanding Platform engineer managing infrastructure of machine vision and text understanding. Working to deliver highly available ML at low latency and global scale.

Developer for the Virtual Agent service, part of a cross-functional/ cross-org team looking to bring new features to the VA that make a large impact on various partners. Owned design and development of ongoing virtual agent skills with a focus on building highly scalable and efficient microservices that communicate across various channels and with multiple participants in a conversation.

Held a seminar introducing UC Berkeley’s incoming T-Prep class to the Electrical Engineering 16A/B series and discrete mathematics as taught in CS70.

Worked towards introducing SESI program on campus, aimed at increasing minority graduation and quality of education. Functioned as teaching assistant in the College Algebra course for the first SESI Cohort and also held additional review sessions.

Held multiple positions including Cashier, Cash Officer, and Guest Services.
