Administrative Assistant
CurrentProvide daily office coverage; screen and direct phone calls and email communication in a polite and professional manner; distribute correspondence, greet guests and visitors, and triage general inquiries for a seamless customer service experience.Work collaboratively and demonstrate a high level of professionalism when interacting with the management team and internal/external stakeholders at all levels of the property and the Company.Assist in monthly communication and follow up with tenants.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.Facilitate communication between the work order platform and the engineering team to ensure timely completion of work requests.Format, edit and draft content for internal and external communication on behalf of the management team, as requested, including memos, emails, presentations, reports.Support implementation of policies and procedures related to the office, administration, and special projects.Assist in acquisition, maintenance, and storage of office equipment and supplies.Provide technical support for equipment issues (computers, printers, copier, etc.) and software. Collaborate with IT Helpdesk to resolve more complex equipment and technology issues.Prepare expense reports and review submitted reimbursement requests for accuracy.Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
