Ms. Barrett began her career at GDS as a cooperative student in 2014 and joined the team as a full-time consultant in 2017 after she graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has worked in many areas of utility consulting including utility privatization, cost of service studies, retail rate design, and valuations and acquisitions.Federal Proposal Development/Contract Management (Utility Privatization, IGSAs, etc.)Ms. Barrett has assisted many clients in development of 50-Year business plans to acquire privatization contracts on military installations, as well as continued support of the contract after the award.
