Also formulates long and short-term goals, objectives, business plans and budgets for all HR functions and activities, ensuring linkage to the Bank's overall strategy and direction. Prepares Compensation Discussion & Analysis for senior management and Board review for inclusion in the 10-K.Provides support to the Board’s HR Committee and Exec/Gov Committee with respect to hiring, salary and benefit issues, and communicates such to the Bank’s regulator.Develops implements and administers policies, programs, procedures, record-keeping and reporting for all functional areas within human resources, while ensuring compliance with all applicable labor, equal employment opportunity and employee relations statutes and regulations.Provides advice and guidance to senior management on the HR implications of strategic and business plans and programsHR oversight with labor and employment law interpretation.Maintains a level of involvement on ethics and compliance matters. Serves as one of the Bank’s Ethic’s Officers.Serves as Director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI). Responsible for ensuring Bank’s compliance with associated federal regulations. Also serves as Co-Chair of the Bank’s OMWI Council.Manages the Benefits/Compliance Manager and makes such decisions as hiring, training and development, work assignments, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, performance evaluations, promotions, salary increases, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Provides executive and professional coachingResponsible for leadership of the C.A.R.E.
