I have been able to put my passion to the test, on both the residential and commercial side of Dick Clark + Associates, designing beautiful, efficient and timeless projects that fit into our ever-changing modern lifestyle and yet stay true to the site’s specific environment.Starting my career in Central Illinois under two FAIA architects, I left to continue my studies in sustainable architecture and passive design techniques, soon gaining my Master of Architecture at the University of Oregon. Then, after studying furniture and product design in Copenhagen, Denmark, I wanted to put all of this knowledge into practice. Choosing Austin as my new home, I began to practice in the hill country, designing and helping to build numerous net-zero, alternative construction and healthy homes throughout Central Texas. Joining the DC+A team in 2012, I have been able to continue my focus on creating stunning spaces for people to live and work in; including new and remodel custom residential, bars and music venues, multi-family residential and hotels.
