The Dream Prayer Network (DPN) leverages digital technologies to declare the gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. (Mt 28:19-20) DPN currently reaches a global audience of over 10,000 followers and we are expanding. This audience is reached daily through Facebook, Instagram, my blog, and other web-based platforms and technologies. Digital Technology allows DPN content to go into nations that are otherwise closed to the gospel.The concept was informed by the book, The Starfish and the Spider: The Unstoppable Power of Leaderless Organizations, by Ori Brafman and Rod Beckstrom. I implemented DPN as a prototype model at Bethel Temple, Hampton, VA in 2012. The vision to expand DPN to reach a global audience came in October 2014. With a student-first philosophy, Ascent College exists to cultivate the ministry call of Christian men and women to fulfill their destiny through sound Biblical education and leadership development. Our motto is "Cultivate the Call." The College Chaplain provides pastoral oversight to the students at Ascent College, similar to the role and functions of a church pastor by offering prayer, exhortation, counseling, etc. The Chaplain promotes the spiritual life and vitality of the College by engaging with students weekly through phone calls, email, video, and social media. The Chaplain oversees and facilitates chapel services and is responsible for the Ascent College Spiritual Life Policy.

Primary human resources specialist (workforce development and careermanagement, strategic human capital planning and workforce transformation,and human Resources analytics) for TRADOC’s Civilian Human ResourcesDirectorate (CHRD). Serve as the workforce planning and career managementadvisor to 50-60 participants in TRADOC’s premier two-year Civilian leaderdevelopment programs, the Intermediate Leader Development and Senior LeaderDevelopment (ILD/SLD) Programs. I am a 2012 SLD Program graduate and a certifiedMyers-Briggs and Gallup Strengths Finders coach. I took over management of the SLDProgram in 2016 when applications were at an all-time low. I introduced marketingstrategies that doubled the number of applicants. Over the past two years, G-1/4 hasbrought in two of the largest SLD Program classes in the twelve-year history of theprogram, and had to turn away extremely qualified applicants. Based upon demonstratedexpertise as a trainer and motivational speaker, I became the primary DPMAP trainer atTRADOC Headquarters. I represented the G-1/4 as the only presenter during twoTRADOC Headquarters Town Hall meetings focused on addressing concerns aboutDPMAP implementation requirements. Over an eight-month period, I personally trainedover 500 TRADOC Civilians and Soldiers supervising Civilians, in face-to-face DPMAPtraining sessions. I was recognized as the G-1/4 “Most Valuable Player” in August 2017for delivering measurable results in Civilian leader development. Over the last six months of my tenure at TRADOC I developed a new Command-wide leader development program that merged the SLD and ILD programs into one program, the Emerging Leaders Development Program. Effective, December 2019, ELDP is TRADOC'S premier Leader Development Program for Civilians.
