-Support APAC regional management in steering short/medium/long term business plan and forecast;-Monitor monthly performance against prior year and plan for 17 entities in APAC;-Facilitate training for local controllers and standardize local/regional reporting with global guideline;-Assess business development opportunities (Merger&Acquisition) in APAC and participate in due deligence/transition according to HQ decision;-Coordinate and prepare business review and ad hoc analysis between APAC countries and HQ.

- Execute and administer established accounting policies, procedures, and practices to ensure that policies and procedures are in line with the Company’s objectives and government regulations;- Provide accurate financial and management information pertaining to Actual, Forecast and Budget data in a timely manner and appropriate format to assist management decision making;- Establish, execute and administer internal financial control measures in order to prevent misappropriation of assets, cash and unauthorized expenditure;- Monitor and control debt collection to ensure that all A/Rs are within acceptable limits in line with company’s objective- Oversee the logistics function and monitor the Inventories level to ensure acceptable limits in line with company’s objective;- Represent the company in dealing with legal, auditors, taxation advisors, banks and financial institutions, external vendors;- Control taxation, payroll & benefits package, cash flow and overall expenditures, external audit, client contracts, insurance program, manage working capital, credit, collection and invoicing.

- Calculate overhead rates and complete Manufacturing Package;- Analyze Inventory at risk and manage inventory status in ERP;- Review for master data accuracy and assist in database maintenance (WID codes, sourcing, standard costs etc);- Establish credit terms of customers and manage debtor risk.

- Consolidate and deliver Asia Statutory and Management P/L Statement as well as Balance Sheet; - Monitor Continent business KPI such as DSO, ICD, ASP...helping CFO launch action plans accordingly;- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and participate in monthly/quarterly/annual closing;- Monitor Operation Expenses for different entities in Asia.

- Gather/compile/analyze/summarize data from worldwide plants and conduct financial studies to monitor Category Shaver performance; - Partner with plants controllers participating in Category financial planning, budgeting, forecasting process;- Calculate productivity and analyze manufacturing gain/loss by product/by line;- Analyze SKU/Component Costing and setup inter-company transfer price.

FINANCIAL REPORTING- Prepare and reconcile P/L accounts, balance sheet for monthly closing, forecast and budget;- Prepare detailed analysis of the management accounts identifying key variances from budget;- Manage and drive output from Financial and Corporate Accounting functions for Volume/Sales/Gross Profit Analysis;- Deliver Aging&DSO Report and follow overdue debt collection procedures.ACCOUNTING SUPPORT- Deliver provision and participate in monthly/quarterly/annual closing;- Setup and consolidate SAP accounts during merging between Sodexo CCS and Tir Groupe.

- Establish Gap Lists between core software and clients' requirements;- Follow Phased Budget/Operation Expenses/Income for various projects;- Run system test (with different insurance scenarios) and communicate with programmer;- Report and translate liaising with Francophonic clients.

- Prepare administrative and pedagogical documents;- Organize and coordinate Francophone activities.
