Technical and program manager for Qoros next generation Infotainment systems, taking part in all sessions during the development phase. Mainly including : Infotainment HeadUnit, Brand Audio, HMI Design, Map Data and Connected Services:1. Infotainment HeadUnit and Brand Audioa) RFI/RFQ Tech Leadresponsible for Qoros next generation infotainment platform dvelopment and product delivery. Incling requirment collection and translation, feature definition, RFI / RFQ Spec , supplier techncial solution discussion and evaluation ;b) Project SE Team leadweely SE team meeting leader, for supplier management ,open issue resolve, timing control ,sample plan, HMI topic discussion, DV/PV Test2. HMI DesignWorking closely with HMI supplier for all HMI related issues, including feature explanation, Logic flow , concept design , visual assets, key screen delivery and timing plan 3. MAP Data and Connected Servicesa) Map dataTechnial interface towards Navigation map supplier for all map data (both CN and EU) and services issues, incl. Feature list, data format, RFQ Spec, tech disussion, delivery process. b) Connected Services Working together with Qoros CS team for QorosQoloud features implementation on Infotainment HeadUnit based on NGTP Protocol, e.g real time traffic, online services.

System Architecture, responsible for all the issues related to Infotainment systems Mainly including the following 5 fields : Project Execution, RFI/RFQ Support, System Benchmarking & Modeling, Platform Development, and SPICE Process. Project ExecutionSystem Architecture for 3 China Leading Projects(using 2 different platforms), mainly focus on the following areas : a) System Requirement Analysis Work together with Requirement Engineers to define the system features and requirements , negotiate with customer and come out the SRS(System Requirement Specification) based on customer SOR(Spec Of Requirement)b) System Solution Definition After projects kickoff, will work out the detailed system architecture : mainly including SoC/MCU chip selection, detailed block diagram,function block solution(i.e, Tuner, BT, GPS,RVC,VR/TTS,Amplifier,Display,Car Network,CCP ), ON/OFF Sequence, CPU/Memory utilization analysis and system Audio/Video Routing.c) System Integration tech lead As system architecture , lead weekly technical review meeting during all the design phases(ED1,ED2,DV,PV), discuss with the whole design team(i.e,HW, SW, Test and AME) ,understand and solve all the technical issues to make sure the projects excuted correctly and smoothly avoiding critical risks.  RFI/RFQ SupportResponsible for all the Low & MID level RFI/RFQ projects globally. Communicate with customer for all the requirements, analyze, come out the initial system solution and rough BOM Cost ,  System Benchmark & Modeling Responsible for all the competitor system benchmark issues(~10), including system block diagram, BOL and product competency analysis High-End Infotainment system modeling Platform Development Taking part in HARMAN China market media platfrom development, mainly for the system related issues : SoC selection and architecture definition.  Automotive SPICE ProcessAs process board member of HBAS Global, draft and work out related process and templates ,

Have been working in Delphi CTC as an Electrical Engineer for 2 years. Taking part in a High Navigation System , mainly responsible for the FPGA Part "Multiple hosts single HDD arbitration system based on FPGA ", finshed the RTL Coding, Simulation and Hardware Verification of this FPGA Chip.
