The delivery units located in all the major film production centers of India and offices in USA, UK and Germany.Responsibilities:• AGM for EFX Interactive Pvt Ltd (VFX), overseeing and managing all aspects of production procedures, deliveries and P&L performance.• Reporting to the COO and the Directors, my primary responsibility is to deliver all VFX projects on schedule and in Budget. It is my responsibility to run all Day-to-Day activities of the entire VFX production team. I am also part of all discussion relating to business development and discussion with prospective client. I work along with technical team and finance team in the preparation of the Production Estimates and Schedules for all VFX productions. It is my responsibility to maintain high standard of client relations at all times during production. It is my responsibility to identify and develop talent with in the production team. I am also involved in the recruitment process and evaluation of the VFX production process and pipeline. I am also responsible to increase the productivity of the entire VFX division.• Coordination and successful delivery of multiple VFX projects in collaboration with the in-house team and external partners/vendors, ensuring adherence to timelines with the quality and specified scope.• Managing workflow and ensuring the seamless progression of projects across various departments in the VFX production, vendors.• Conducting thorough reviews of project execution to guarantee strict adherence to estimated budgets.• Oversee strategic account planning, standard operating procedures, industry forecasts, and hiring & training initiatives for the division.• Collaborating closely with the sales, finance,HR and legal teams to ensure the fulfilment of organizational objectives.• Exploring opportunities for expansion and diversification into new business areas.
