1. Responsible for leasing retail business demand analysis and implementation,outsourcing activities operation and steering, daily system maintenance anddaily operation work, including direct debit collection process, leasing contracttemplate updates, customer information maintenance.2. Execute requirements including data maintenance, data analysisand reporting in relative system (CMS/DWH/PEGA) according to businessrequirements.3. Implement leasing’s system and non-system enhancement andsolution to fully support product/project development, meet regulatory and compliancerequirements.4. Continuously optimize related process, internal and outsourcingSOP, manual to improve operation productivity, quality, efficiency and servicelevel.5. Identify and handle critical issues or special task in duediligence upon the request or requirement from Compliance or other urgency.6. Accomplish all other works assigned by the line manager and providesupport to internal stakeholders.

I joined the company first as an undergraduate in January 2015 and then served ever since as the event planning, operation and management specialist as its regular employee. The main work includes: customer demands collection and communication; business proposal drafting and submitting; reports writing; financing management and data evaluations including budgeting, cost and quotation calculation, effectiveness analysis, required resources evaluation, etc.; event management and on-site execution etc. Meanwhile, I also served as personal assistant to the general manager, responsible for internal administration work, including generating company annual report; helping to manage internal activities and events; coordinating functional departments and parent company; providing fully secretarial support to general manager; making travel arrangements such as booking air tickets, making hotel reservations and planning itinerary; arranging meeting preparation work such as documents, room set-up and expense claim etc.
