Current- Manage and analyze pre-invoice files for customers and company sites; ensuring highest level of accuracy before posting invoices.- Process billing requests from branches; analyze and problem solve errors that arise.- Monitor emails for billing questions from different departments. - Acting liaison for billing operations between all other departments.- Aid in development of applications and standard operation procedures for billing operations.- Process… Show more - Manage and analyze pre-invoice files for customers and company sites; ensuring highest level of accuracy before posting invoices.- Process billing requests from branches; analyze and problem solve errors that arise.- Monitor emails for billing questions from different departments. - Acting liaison for billing operations between all other departments.- Aid in development of applications and standard operation procedures for billing operations.- Process credit/rebills for Accounts payable.- Provide data collection for Fuel compliance audits.- Aid in closing out accounting for month end; communicate to branches regarding any open orders that have not been processed, purge quote orders and duplicate orders, and process any invoice discrepancies.- Create customer orders for fuel picked up off of Carson Oil account and coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate pricing.
