I recently graduated from the University of Canterbury with my Bachelor's in Commerce. I am currently looking for a suitable accounting position that will support my Charted Accountancy studies and provide me with the skills and experience to develop my future ambitions. I have had most of my work experience during study breaks and recently some during my academic year. I have worked in factory jobs that require team coordination to finish each day's workload on time, with these jobs I have learned how to work well in a team to complete any job efficiently. I am assisting with the accounts for Future Tech Consulting.Outside of work I have learned many skills from my time at the University of Canterbury, working in groups to complete assignments and doing presentations have given me experience that can be applied directly to a professional work environment. working with Future Tech Consulting and solving issues was satisfying and I felt pride as a professional which has given me the drive to get into real work and get more first-hand experience which will provide the skills that are required to become a charted accountant.I have also learned from my time at the University Of Canterbury statistical skills and data analytic skills using software that ranged from Microsoft excel to IDEA auditing software, this also includes MYOB as well. I enjoy problem-solving and using the software to narrow down and find errors among huge loads of data is satisfying work.
