Highlights Attended to revision of tax computation matter for a company for three years of assessments, including liaising with the Dispute Resolution Board from the tax authorities and successfully prevented the matter from being forwarded to court as well as obtained waiver of several penalties totaling up to RM800k Attended to application for carry forward of unabsorbed business losses and capital allowances of approximately RM700k for a company and successfully obtained approval from the Ministry of Finance Appealed and successfully gotten approval from the tax authorities on waiver of underestimation penalty for several companies, notably ones up to total waiver of RM170k
