As I am a graduate from the University of Worcester, this has given me the theoretical knowledge of the business industry. Furthermore, as my course is a business, accounting and human resource management degree it allows me to gain an intelligent understanding of many different aspects of the market and allows me to view different career paths in which offer different experiences. I am currently working in the Facilities management industry, where I am developing my corporate skills. I am further excelling in my use of different IT programs and improving my ability to run and analyze reports. These different data analytic skills along with a time-bound job role has allowed me to improve all of my basic and higher level skills which will help me in any further job roles. From working in a popular retailer, I have gained some skills in which can be used in every job role such as leadership, communication, team work, punctuality and determination. This has and will allow me to improve and develop throughout different job roles and help for my future job aspects. I am also very passionate about sports and this has also given me more abilities and life skills to help with my future career. From captaining a successful football team and taking part in many different sports teams throughout my life will have adapted and developed even more aspects and my employ-ability such as leadership and understanding. Overall, my experiences and development has helped me to look into further career paths and showed what strengths I could bring to different businesses, organisations and industries.
