The very first multi currencies e-wallet launched in Singapore in 2018 and has been growing steadily through the journey. It has been labeled as the Best Startup and Best FinTech of the year 2019 by ASEAN Rice Bowl Awards (Singapore). Great honour to be one of the pioneer members in Singapore, bringing an idea into a reality. It is definitely amazing journey how things shaped up over the years. Key involvements includes overall operations planning and management, streamlining work processes, training and hiring across Operations, Compliance, Financial Operations and Customer Services. External and internal stakeholders management across functions are integral part of the assigned duties.

Joined Uber Singapore as Project Manager was one of the enriching experiences that I had. Managed a team of delicate operations staff and sales personnel to drive one of the most challenging acquisition channels. Uber helped to shape my view on startup and team management. In life, we always stand by some of the key principles and habits we have. I always remember that the key principle that I have in Uber is "Time is a Luxury". Hustling is part of the everyday job when KPIs are to be met.
