I am a graduate of the Educational Support Program and am currently in my final year of the Bachelor of Early Learning Program and Development at Conestoga College. Over the span of 5 years, I have had the opportunity to gain many experiences working with children and students of all ages, and diverse exceptionalities. I have gained a higher understanding of community practices, policies, pedagogy and the early learning sector. These programs have allowed me to participate in social research and demonstrate my professionalism and passion for early learning and inclusion. Through both programs, I had the opportunity to participate in placements in multiple childcare settings in the Waterloo Region. Where I demonstrated my ability to work well in team environments and implement pedagogy while meeting program expectations. My skills include; leadership, flexibility, reliability and projecting positivity and enthusiasm. My interests include developmental education, social justice, Applied Behaviour Analysis and inclusive education.
