Director, Data Management Systems, Supplier Matching And Reporting
CurrentI provide strategy for and oversee the data management and reporting functions for the organization. The data and reporting team is responsible for managing required reporting to a variety of stakeholders, several internal applications, including the Salesforce CRM system, report development, dashboard creation, and data gathering, analysis and visualization for the business needs of the organization as well as to fulfill data deliverables for both grant development and reporting. In addition, I manage the supplier matching program for IES and NCMEP, including enhancing and maintaining the 13-year-old Manufactured in North Carolina online supplier database, a tool designed to provide visibility for NC manufacturers and enable their products and capabilities to be findable. Supplier matching also includes working with NC manufacturers to identify manufacturers in state as well as across the country that can fulfill a product need with the ultimate goal of bolstering domestic supply chains. Finally, supplier matching focuses on mapping local supply chains in order to obtain visibility into them and who comprises them in order to make them more resilient.
