I am a passionate and unapologetic advocate for equity, inclusion, and healing in every space I enter. My work is centered on creating environments where people can show up fully as themselves—messy, confused, grounded, and whole. I believe that there is no singular “right” way to be, and everyone deserves the opportunity to explore their identity without judgment. As a licensed therapist and DEIB consultant, I bring a warm, compassionate, and intersectional approach to my work, challenging and caring for those I support in ways that foster deep self-awareness. I am dedicated to helping individuals and organizations normalize the experiences of underrepresented communities, facilitating conversations that foster authenticity and belonging. I specialize in creating safe spaces that allow people to name their truths, unlearn limiting beliefs, and reclaim their power. My lived experience as a queer, Black therapist and survivor informs my ability to confront and dismantle systems of oppression, advocating for structural changes that ensure inclusion and belonging for all. I am committed to breaking the silence on how oppression disempowers marginalized communities, while helping individuals and teams reconnect with their humanity, mind, body, and spirit.I am driven by an audacious commitment to radically disrupt harmful narratives and create environments where joy and liberation are the standard. My ancestors’ resilience inspires my work, reminding me to embody courage as I push for justice and spark meaningful change. While the world is not yet where it needs to be, I am fiercely dedicated to building spaces where people—especially those from historically excluded groups—can breathe a little easier and locate their inner strength.Though I’m early in my corporate and tech consulting journey, I have a knack for bringing people together to challenge the status quo and elevate their curiosity. I thrive in dynamic spaces where DEIB is not just a box to check, but a transformative process that leads to more equitable and compassionate workplaces.

Supportive CounselorBronx Early College Academy For Teaching And Learning Sep 2018 - Dec 2018Provided various levels of counseling services to 6th - 12th grade students at the Bronx Early College Academy, including both individual and group counseling. In addition to providing mentorship and supportive counseling for students, my co-intern and I were able to identify patterns revolved the school's lunch detention policy. We realized that there were inconsistencies in how students were given lunch detention, where it was evident that length of punishment varied depending on who gave the punishment. Students who were considered "repeat offenders" also were not necessarily provided individual supportive counseling before or after their punishment. With this, my co-intern and I developed a student-centered approach to support students, while also advocating for a revamped detention system that could ensure that students were not being disproportionately punished for their involvement. Goals Included:-Improving student clarity on situations/behaviors that went against the school's code of conduct.-Decreasing student likelihood of repeated behaviors via educative/supportive counseling throughout their detention period.-Providing teachers/staff a more defined outline of what can be considered fair punishment per behavior (keeping within context repeat students). -Advocate for student well-being in an effort to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline. -
