As a future public relations(communications) professional I have invested in my time at the University of the Virgin Islands. I served as Golden Key International Honor Society Public Relations Officer in 2021-2022 andVice president in 2022-2023. I took part in the annual Golden Key induction ceremony, beach clean-ups, and Handwashing presentations to elementary students virtually.I withhold the academic pillars of the Golden key international Honor Society, academic, service, and leadership at UVI.I received a First Class Service Award 3 times at the student engagement and leadership ceremony at UVI.I was involved in communication projects such as the UVIABJ Journalism Summit and the Caribbean Cinematic Film Festival for 3 years. I have invited special guest speakers to build relationships with them such as Melvin Claxton, Benny Demus, Peter Bailey, Cira Burke, and Dejongh Wells, who spoke about various perspectives in communication from journalism, storytelling in media, filmmaking, and music production.Throughout my years at UVI, I have created press releases, commercials, flyers, and websites and created films.I have been working for UVI Cell for 10 months as a proctor/ test center administrator certified to perform tests at the test center. I administer the PSI/ACCUPLACER, Prometric, pan testing, teas, and TABE tests. I manage databases such as the cell track revenue spreadsheets and invoices. I am very experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel. I can work under pressure, am very organized, always on time to work,and multitask efficiently.On May 12, 2023 I obtain my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with Magna Cum Laude from the University Of Virgin Islands
