I receive inbound calls from multiple campaigns, who’s clients are looking for specific answers to issues that the customer is having. I run multiple programs at once and take detailed notes in the customers concerns. As well as customer service I also perform inbound sales. The customer will call and I will give them all of the great benifets and information on the product. I take multiple calls back to back with little time in between to update notes on the customers account.

As a customer service representative I have many responsibilities. I answer inbound calls for GED and ICC clients that are looking to schedule exams and information about the exams. I create accounts for each candidate as well as assist them in creating their own. All calls are expected to be professional and timely. Answering all questions they may have and assisting them with any concerns. I will have multiple programs running up at once with a split screen to make sure that I have all of the correct information for every candidate. When there is an escalated call I remain call and help them as much as I can until they ask for further assistance. I have been up trained to new clients within a month of being employed.

While working at two maids and a mop I was responsible for training new hires and giving excellent performance for our clients so we are able to return. I had to work diligently and efficiently for all of our customers giving them the utmost satisfaction and guarantee that their home is in trusted hands and will be cleaned in a timely manner.

While working at Lapels I was a presser which is where I would iron and steam clean personal clothing items, as well as place orders and pick ups. I handled the cash flow at night and closed the store.

I was responsible for watching 5-15 dogs at a time, making sure that they are behaving and picking up poop and mopping pee. Taking them to kennels for their lunch and dinner and being aware of the right food for each dog. ResponsibilitiesI took care of a quadriplegic and her two year old daughter. Coming to her home at 6 making breakfast and lifting her to her chair and I to the shower, then helping her get ready while getting her daughter ready. Helping her with lunch and all other activities then do stretches, medicine and helping her with bills. Then getting ready for bed and transferring her from the chair to the bed and making her dinner.AccomplishmentsThis was one of my most rewarding jobs. I was trained by her parents and near the end of my time I was training nurses. This was a very demanding job that takes a lot of time and patience.

I checked out customers and did returns. I sold protection for electronics. I took boxes off of the freight and restocked the store. I cleaned the store at the end of the night and closed down registers.
