Sunrise, Florida

• Managed a team of GIS Professionals focused on the GIS data, maps and apps required to manage a multi-city network of gas, potable water, reuse water, storm water and sanitary sewer utilities.• Designed and implemented a completely upgraded GIS infrastructure (ArcGIS 10.8.1) that could support the growing demands of the digital age.• Administered ESRI Enterprise environments including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online and more.• Setup and administered all GIS modules for Tyler Technology's EnerGov permitting and land management system.• Performed the Census LUCA address update process ensuring an accurate decennial census count for the city of Sunrise, Florida.• Administered ArcGIS for Server including system design, installation, maintenance and upgrades. • Managed the City of Miami Beach’s Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations GIS Division while also serving as the Public Works GIS Manager.• Developed a new GIS environment to support the implementation of Tyler Technology’s EnerGov land management and permitting system.• Coordinated projects and research with local, regional and national organizations including NOAA, USGS, Army Corp of Engineers and Miami-Dade County’s GIS and Survey Divisions.

Key projects included developing a storm water master plan, hardware/software evaluations, custom application development, and user training on GIS concepts and applications.• Performed Phase I and II environmental assessments and remediation projects including GIS based contamination plume mapping, soil and groundwater sampling/monitoring and cleanup of contaminants including diesel fuel, gas, dry cleaner solvents and metals. • Conducted wetland impact studies in the Florida Everglades related to the development of the Weston area of Broward County.
