Keath Jacoby is a co-owner and CMO of of Hotel Lucine, a new 61 room boutique hotel located in Galveston, TX. She is a marketing and branding expert and community developer who has a passion and enthusiasm for working with startups, lifestyle brands, and entrepreneurs. For more than 15 years, she has worked with businesses across multiple consumer industries to build brand equity, develop marketing strategies, drive aggressive revenue growth, and spearhead strategic development. Jacoby’s expertise was hired to work with iconic lifestyle brands, including Puma, Givenchy, Sanrio (Hello Kitty), Malin & Goetz, Simmons Jewelry (Russell Simmons), Pierre Cardin, Mondaine, and Esprit. She recently worked with several prominent philanthropies at Vision Galveston where she has spearheaded the development and implementation of a long-range vision for the city of Galveston via extensive community outreach with over 9,000 community members. Prior to Vision Galveston Keath worked at Las Vegas-based Simmons Group consulting firm where she focused on strategic alignment, organizational development, and executive coaching. She was also instrumental in the launch of education startup Qualifyor (a Downtown Project Las Vegas initiative) which aimed to bridge the gap between education and employment by fostering leadership and career development for students in STEM. Jacoby is a graduate of Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business, where she earned a BA in Business and Marketing. In addition, she is an active member of the Better Parks for Galveston, Family Service Center (an organization providing mental health services through counseling, education, and prevention), and George Ball Charitable Association.
