Residence Coordinators are part-time, live-in employees of the University who supervise and provide support, guidance, and direction for student staff and the students living in their assigned residence. They are primarily responsible for the after-hour care of 100 students residing in their building. Responsibilities include:•Identifying residents' needs and implementing supporting programs and activities.•Supervising 5 student staff and supporting other house leaders.•Assisting in enforcement of rules and regulations.•Recording all incidents, fines and reporting maintenance issues.•Educating residents on safety and security.•Mediating conflicts and providing guidance and counsel, as needed.•Establishing visibility and approachability.
