Here I train Peer Advocates in the Non-Traditional Student center. I help train the Peer Advocates on how to help ensure success for the students at SUU. I am in charge scheduling our advocates and handling any training or improvements that are in-need of with our advocates or the office. I am in charge of organizing, directing, and running the events that our office facilitates each semester. While helping train our advocates I help student apply for scholarships, connect to other recourse, and plan for the future of the students time at SUU. I coordinate directly with other offices at SUU, working and collaborating to work as a whole for each students needs.

Work with individuals who have mild to profound developmental, physical, and/or age relateddisabilities. Provide support/training and assistance in personal hygiene and self-care, motor skills, vocationalskills, work habits, communication, social skills, behavior self-management, community survival,money management, and recreation and leisure. Be able to work with individuals that may exhibit verbal and/or physical aggression, havephysical, medical (i.e., seizures), behavioral, and/or psychiatric issues. Implement the Person Centered Support Plans (PCSP) daily for individuals to promoteindependence. Help prepare analysis, development, and documentation for programs.

Coordinate with facilities regarding record requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.Resolve any issues that may arise as a result of our active pursuit of medical, employment and educational records.Maintain a professional dialogue with facility personnel and coworkers.Ensure that the facilities from whom records are requested receive the highest level of customer service and care.Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Account Manager.

I supervise employees at the Snow College Activity Center. I train new employees, hold monthly training for entire staff, handle intense situations, supervise the building, lock up and open up the building, hold interviews, handle and maintain important records.

Manage building, mange employees, mange money and inventory success, train employees, handle conflicts,help create rules for daily procedures, help create schedule.
